The year Sunil Cricket Academy flourished, through the determination and efforts of Coach Mr. Sunil Soni.
A Churchgate institution, built on the basics.
SCA flourished in 2016 with the determination and efforts of Coach Mr. Sunil Soni. Since then the academy has kept an open-door policy of student–coach interaction.
The orthodox training module is seen to be declining gradually elsewhere, but SCA uses it to give players insight and intense technical knowledge of the game, and to prepare them to be genuinely efficient professionals.
Sunil Cricket Academy is a group of cricket enthusiasts with a keen and passionate intent to produce proficient cricketers who represent at national and international level. Our conscience is to polish cricketers’ abilities and create a masterpiece out of them, with the pivotal principle of rewarding the future of cricket by providing the nation with its finest cricketers. We motivate young cricketers to reach their goals from an early age, and make them fall in love with the sport.

How we train
The four pillars of SCA.
Every session at Cross Maidan rests on the same four foundations — the academy's own training model, worked on together rather than in separate terms.

High Level Training Module
SCA teaches the old-style game that is gradually disappearing elsewhere. The academy uses an orthodox training module to give young cricketers insight and intense technical knowledge of the game.

Tournaments
In association with various clubs and companies, the academy runs tournaments so cricketers get scope to improve their skills and techniques — and to build confidence by playing competitively.

Fitness & Mental Health Programs
SCA looks after a cricketer’s overall progress. Alongside physical conditioning it runs fitness and mental health camps, with sessions on the psychology of the sport led by experts including Mr. Sanjay Rahate.

Interactive Sessions
Young cricketers are given a platform to interact directly with cricketers and sports experts, so they understand the game from the point of view of people who have played it.

SCA has an amalgamation of coaches and fitness trainers who unlatch the concealed talents in the academy, and train players to be zestful and spirited individuals. The open-door policy means there is no hesitation in interaction between coach and student — coaching here is an amicable approach to teaching in a better and more innovative way.
